1. Introduction

Space Infinite delivers all reports, consultations and course material digitally. This policy sets out how and when you receive what you have purchased.

2. Mode of delivery

No physical products are shipped. Reports and course access are delivered electronically to the email address supplied at the time of purchase, or through a secure private portal.

3. Delivery timelines

• Your Abundance Blueprint — delivered within 72 hours of your complete birth details being received.
• Vastu Audit — the session is scheduled on confirmation of payment, and the written summary follows as stated at the time of booking.
• Consultations — scheduled by mutual agreement, and confirmed by email.
• Courses — access details are issued on confirmation of payment.

Note that the clock starts when we have your complete details, not at the moment of payment. If your birth time or floor plan is missing, preparation cannot begin.

4. Delays

Every report is individually analysed, so timelines may occasionally extend during periods of high demand, or where the material supplied requires clarification. If you have not received your report within the stated period, contact us and we will confirm its status.

5. Incorrect email address

If you supplied an incorrect email address at purchase, tell us as soon as possible. Once corrected, we will resend your report to the right address at no additional charge.

6. Lost or deleted access email

If you have deleted your access email or cannot locate it, contact support and we will resend it. Please write from the email address used at purchase, or quote your payment reference.

7. System requirements

Reports are supplied as standard PDF documents and are designed to open on most devices and browsers. Please ensure your device can open PDF files and that your email provider is not filtering our messages. Check your spam or promotions folder before contacting support.

8. Changes to this policy

Space Infinite reserves the right to modify this Shipping and Delivery Policy as required. Any update is published on this page, and we encourage you to review it from time to time.
