Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all purchases made through rajhkumarsingh.com and its connected checkout pages, including the Vastu Audit, Your Abundance Blueprint, Astrology and Vastu consultations, and course enrolments. Subscriptions to AstroVastu Pro are governed separately by the refund policy published at astrovastusoftware.com.

2. Cancellation window

Refunds are granted for cancellation requests made within 2 (two) hours from the time the transaction is processed, provided that preparation of your report, analysis of your chart, or your scheduled consultation has not already commenced.

Because every deliverable is personally analysed rather than generated automatically, work frequently begins soon after payment. Where analysis has already started within that window, a partial refund may be offered at the Company's discretion.

3. How to request a cancellation

Send an email to [email protected] from the address used at the time of purchase, quoting your order or payment reference. Requests made by any other channel may not be actioned within the cancellation window.

What happens next

• You will receive written acknowledgement of your request.
• If approved, the refund is credited to the original method of payment.
• Refunds are processed within 15 (fifteen) working days of the cancellation request being approved.
• You will be notified by email once the refund has been initiated. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account thereafter depends on your bank or card issuer.

4. Where refunds are not available

• After a report has been delivered, in whole or in part.
• After a consultation has taken place, or where you did not attend a confirmed appointment without notice.
• Where analysis of your birth details or floor plan has already been carried out.
• Where course material has been accessed or downloaded.
• On the grounds of disagreement with the findings of a report. A diagnosis you did not expect is not a defective product.

5. Rescheduling

A confirmed consultation may be rescheduled once without charge, provided at least 24 hours' notice is given. Requests made with less notice are accommodated where possible but cannot be guaranteed.

6. Failed or duplicate payments

If you are charged more than once for the same order, or a payment is debited without an order being created, contact us with your payment reference. Verified duplicate or failed transactions are refunded in full and are not subject to the 2 hour window.

7. Liability

We cannot be held liable for any misuse or usage of information in the event of an electronic device being returned or transferred with such information stored on it.

8. Governing law

This policy is framed in compliance with applicable Indian law and is subject to any additional terms specified by the Company. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thane, Maharashtra, India.
